Introduction
In my portfolio, I have included my first, second and third essay and steps that helped me making improvements in writing essays. My first essay was Literacy Narrative. In my essay I wrote about an event that helped me get better at learning and speaking English after I movied to the United States. In my Exploratory Essay, I wrote a report about the pros and cons of fast fashion, where European and Western companies import clothes from Bangladesh, a developing country and my home land. I wrote about how the textile compaies make a lot of profit by importing clothings from Bangladesh, while the workers in Bangladeshi factories are struggling to make these clothes because of the poor condition of the factories. Many of them are pushig themselves to the brink of death to earn very little amount of money. for my Research Critical Analysis, I took a side and wrote about how European and Western companies should stop importing clothes from Bangladesh because of the trauma the workers are going through. In this portfolio I have also included Annotated Bibliography for all the citations I used in my second and third essays.
